Nanoplasty (hair smoothing) usually lasts around 3 to 6 months, with some clients experiencing results for up to 8 months depending on their hair type and aftercare. Most clients find the sweet spot is around 4–6 months of smooth, frizz-free, easy-to-manage hair. The treatment gradually softens out over time, allowing the hair to return naturally to its original texture without a harsh regrowth line.Keratin Smoothing
